Up to this point the entire concept of moving has been a purely academic subject that has been more a topic of conversation than a concept of reality. Even through packing boxes and moving them to the garage was more a process of going though the motions than it has been a true cognitive understanding of what we are about to subject ourselves to.
Up until now.
Now the moving truck has arrived (3 days early) and the full mind awakening that blossoms like some twisted bitter-sweet epiphany that comes with moving boxes and furniture into the trailer reinforces the notion that this adventure is indeed a reality and the life we have known here in northern Idaho for the last several years is now, officially, and sadly coming to an end.
We are now embarking on the first real steps (although some might argue that interviewing at USA was the first real steps) toward not only a new chapter in our lives, but a new, exciting adventure for our entire family. Plus we all get to play, in our own separate ways, into a new mission field that is ripe with potential. God is good, and though Him great things will be done!
